This finish replicates the surface of Adobe, a building material made from clay that is popular in the Southwest U.S. The process includes a textured coat, one to two base coats and a highlight coat. Rounded corners and ceiling edges are an option. Often used in family rooms, foyers or hallways. Figure at left shows additional stencil design.
